Abstract : Scheduling in the Endoscopy Unit is faced with difficulties to manage dynamic and uncertain situations resulting from the progress of therapy, patients in emergency or the material unvailability. This paper presents an approach based on constraint programming and operational research techniques for solving Endoscopy Scheduling Problem in dynamic way. Our aim is to provide to hospitals a system allowing them to schedule the endoscopy activities and to avoid unconsidered investments.
