A measure of colour contrast correlated with human perception
Résumé
In the proposed study, we focus on the measure of colour contrast. The underlying idea is to define an objective metric which is consistent with observer valuation. The main goal of the proposed paper is to integrate in a single model the influence of average colour perception and the interactions between local and global spatial structures according to the visual eccentricity. In our study we also examine the correlation between computed results and the visual behaviour of human observer.
