Controlling ultrafast laser-induced refractive index changes in optical glasses via adaptive spatio-temporal beam engineering

Abstract : Spatio-temporal beam engineering can adaptively regulate the energy exposure, enabling a synergetic interaction between light and matter. We discuss the possibility of controlling refractive index changes and explore the potential for parallel photoinscription.
