Development of Optical Frequency-Domain Reflectometry Based Sensors for Nuclear Environments

Abstract : OFDR-based radiation tolerant sensors are tested during irradiation up to 1 MGy level to investigate on mixed temperature and radiation effects. Rayleigh based sensors radiation responses reveal promising performances for their employment in harsh environments
