Infrared Radiation Induced Attenuation of Radiation Sensitive Optical Fibers: Influence of Temperature and Modal Propagation

Abstract : We study the influence of the irradiation temperature and modal propagation properties on the radiation induced attenuation of three different radiation sensitive single mode optical fibers in the near infrared domain.
